Appeal Process:

We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decision, within 60 days of receiving your appeal. If the appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method to submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
